SOS Plumber

Minor modifications of the game.
SOS Plumber is a funny and interesting game but few people play with it.
So, I made some changes :
- Water takes more time to appear.
- The water speed has been decreased. On recents computers, the game was really difficult.
- I add a sound when you click on the upper right corner to have a new section of pipe.
Hope this game will have more success.
